There are two main leagues in the area; Bristol and Somerset

Wells Chess Club; we meet on Wednesday evenings at The Globe Inn, Wells 7.30pm - 9.30pm

Clubs are all very friendly and provide excellent links to other players. You will always be able to play games and learn from each other. Some clubs (eg Downend in Bristol and Wellington in Somerset) provide brilliant chances for juniors. Wells and Frome also now have excellent junior clubs
